Bizliman operates as a dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace. Platform services, tiered price structures, and bulk RFQ facilities are intended exclusively for commercial entities:

  • Licensed electrical contractors, electricians, and MEP engineering firms.
  • Commercial electrical retail shops, distributors, and hardware dealerships.
  • Real estate infrastructure builders, factory maintenance managers, and panel builders.

By placing an order or registering, you confirm that goods are procured for commercial re-sale, construction projects, or corporate facility use.

How are wholesale pricing tiers, quotation validity, and price revisions structured?

All baseline catalog rates are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and displayed across three transparent quantity slabs:

  • Retail / Box Level: Single-pack or standard contractor box quantities.
  • Contractor Tier (50+ units): Applied automatically at checkout for medium project bundles.
  • Master Wholesale (200+ units): Applied automatically for master carton volumes.

Metal Index Fluctuations: Due to continuous changes in London Metal Exchange (LME) and domestic copper/PVC commodity rates, custom Bulk RFQ price quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proforma agreement.

What are the billing rules for GST invoicing and Input Tax Credit (ITC)?

Orbit Enterprise issues 100% statutory tax invoices compliant with Indian Central and State GST regulations:

  • Buyer must provide a valid 15-digit GSTIN at registration or checkout to generate an eligible B2B tax invoice.
  • Applicable HSN codes (e.g., 8544 for insulated wires/cables, 8536 for switches/MCBs) are accurately referenced with tax breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST).
  • All tax invoices are uploaded to the GST portal under GSTR-1, enabling immediate auto-population into the buyer's GSTR-2B for seamless ITC reconciliation.

What are the shipping, dispatch, and transit guidelines from Howrah?

Standard catalogue stock orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation from our Howrah plant depot.

What governing law and jurisdiction apply to trade transactions?

All commercial agreements, online orders, quotations, and payments executed through Bizliman shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Howrah / Kolkata, West Bengal.
